  13. I have a copy of Borland C++ 4.52 (that's my last free upgrade) that I
  14. am running on a Compaq 486/66 using Win95.  Now I was wondering if I
  15. should go out and buy the upgrade to version 5 that or switch over to
  16. the new MS VC++4.0.

  18. I've also heard that GNU has a compiler out for Windows now.  I've
  19. also been tempted to chuck it all and move on to LINUX.

  21. (I am using my programming to develop apps for Sci/Eng.  I have
  22. recently graduated with my B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering and want to
  23. see where I can take it.

  26. to share their experiences with me.
